completed there's a good chance that your property will be reassessed.
If you decide to hire a contractor to build your deck, it pays
to spend some time to be sure that you weed out the bad apples and hire a
reliable pro.
Get several references, and check the final candidates with
CSLB, for license insurance and worker's compensation.
